“The Days that the Prophets of Old Spoke of”

BIBLE REFERENCE:

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for an instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 3:16-17

WORD OF ENCOURAGEMENT:

I’ve heard someone say “I wish I could have lived during the days of the Bible.” The response from another man was, “We are living in the days of the Bible.” If you truly understand the Bible and have studied Bible prophecy, you will know without a smidgen of a doubt that we are living in the days that the prophets of old spoke of. Unfortunately, all the prophecies of what we are seeing being fulfilled today are being ignored just as they were back when Jesus came to earth the first time. The prophets of the Old Testament prophesied about the first coming of Jesus Christ, it fact, the book of Daniel gave the exact day that Jesus would ride into Jerusalem on a donkey and proclaim Himself to be the Messiah. The exact day that Daniel prophesied that Jesus would proclaim Himself to be the Messiah came true right to the day. Most of the people back in those days ignored the warnings and the signs to watch for, so when Jesus Christ came the first time, very few were watching and were ready, therefore, they missed their Messiah and have been spiritually blinded for the last two thousand years as a result of their negligence to listen and hear what the prophets that were sent by God had to say. For two thousand years they have been persecuted, ridiculed, executed and dispersed throughout the world because their unwillingness to believe the prophets.

Now, we are living in the days that the profits warned us that would take place just before the second coming of Jesus Christ. We are living in some pretty exciting times if you understand what the scriptures tell us about the second coming of Christ. And just like the days of old when people refused to believe what the prophets were saying, most of the world today is falling into the same pattern. In fact, Jesus said in the following verse, Matthew 7:14; Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Just as it was back when Jesus came the first time where very few understood the time that was prophesied of His coming, people today are even more ignorant of what is coming because they also refuse to listen. They choose to listen to all the lies that the world is proclaiming instead of believing those that God has put in place to warn people of the upcoming judgement that is inevitable. We need to understand, that before God judges a nation, he sends all kinds of signs and warnings for us to see because He doesn’t want anyone to parish, but unfortunately, the world, for the most part is ignoring Gods warnings. He will only warn us so long and then judgment will come, just as it did back in the days of Noah, when all but eight people perished in the flood that destroyed the whole world. I would say that was a few. If you read the books of the prophets in the Bible, the ones that we refer to as the miner prophets, you will notice a common theme. God sent a warning, the Jews laughed and mocked the prophets and then because of their refusal to believe what was told them, judgement came. God will not judge a nation without sending warnings first.

The first coming of Christ was fulfilled by about one hundred nine prophecies, which all came to fruition with 100% accuracy. There are over three hundred prophecies of His second coming and all of them are converging at once right before our eyes. Here in lies the problem. We read in 2 Corinthians 4:3-4; “But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.” This verse is telling us that those that refuse to believe on Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are blinded to the truth of the scriptures. Teaching unbelievers the Bible is like explaining color to a blind man, it can’t be done. In other words you will by no means understand what the Bible prophesied would happen if you reject the truth of the life, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ. If you want to understand what is coming and how you can escape the horrors that are before us, give your life to Jesus Christ and ask for wisdom and knowledge and if your request is honest and true, (Only God Knows), He will open your heart and mind and the Bible will come alive so that you can know for certain what is coming and how soon the second coming of Christ truly is.

When the Jews rejected Jesus at His first coming, the price was judicial blindness for two thousand years. The price this time for those that refuse to believe will be eternity in the “Lake of Burning Fire.” The Jews got off easy compared to those that make the same mistake today. Two thousand years of persecution for the Jews compared to an eternity of torture and separation from Jesus Christ just because you have too much pride or are just too ignorant to understand. The choice is still yours, but that choice will come to an end very soon. Take this warning very seriously, because I am one that God called to send out this warning. Get out of this world and into the word of God, God said, 1 John 4:4-6; “You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are of the world. Therefore they speak as of the world, and the world hears them. We are of God. He who knows God hears us; he who is not of God does not hear us. By this we know the spirit of truth and the spirit of error.” You are either in the world or you are in Christ…what will you choose? John 15:19; “If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. If you hate this message, the verse above explains why! Written To the extreme glory of God, and Inspired by the Holy Spirit!” Amen!
